Ron Paul weighed in on the swine flu. I always like to hear Ron Paul’s take on a government issue. This one is especially interesting to me since he was a physician before a congressman. Perspective is always the key. Taking a step back and thinking a thing through for yourself.

Will you take a check for 800 billion?

Really, where are we getting the 800 billion? We operate on a fiat money system, so basically the money is not backed by any asset aside from the federal governments ability to tax and print money. So we all know they can’t get away with taxing us in this economy, but they could print more money by borrowing more from abroad. So that’s what they will do. They will throw all kind of pet projects, pork programs and personal earmarks into it and they will convince most of America that this must be done. The broken fractional reserve banking system isn’t doing any better after their infusion of capital this fall, so what makes President Obama and congress believe that the latest round of monopoly money will have any affect- other than hyperinflation.

It is about time we send all these arrogant representatives of the people packing. We’re going to have to get revolutionary in the coming years. This country and all our greatness is only a little over 200 years old. Our republic is looking more like an aristocracy and a police state, hardly resembling what our founders laid it out to be.

Here is one of the arrogant ones I mentioned above.

Here is another one.

Here is the truth.

I was a big supporter of Mike Huckabee in the republican primaries. I believe he is a man of honor and I believe he or Ron Paul are the only two politicians that could bring the sweeping conservative change our country and constitution needs.
This video is very candid and worth two minutes of your time.

Dear President Sinegal:

I have always admired the way you run your company. I often promote your store to friends, family and business associates. Choosing to not use the word Christmas in your advertising is cowardly but banning the use of the term is unacceptable. We are a Christian family with 3 children under 3. We buy all our food, diapers, wipes and formula from you, along with several hundred dollars in groceries each month. My small business has a membership at Costco and I buy my supplies there. We spend somewhere around $5000 per year or more on your gas, food and wares. I’m 32.

Do you really want to lose $200,000 in sales over the next 40 years so you can appease the Winter Solstice and Kwanzza shoppers? I don’t have any Jewish friends who were ever offended by Christmas.

I can name countless families from my church (20,000 members) that shop at your new store in Louisville. Is appeasing the minority and offending the majority a really good business move?

Let me know. It’s Christmas and we have some shopping to do. I need to know where to do it.

If the inevitable happens on Wednesday morning. If in fact the radical one wins our Presidency. If the friend and pal of Rashid Kalidi, Bill Ayers, Khalid Al Monsour, Rev Wright, Louis Farrakhan, and Hugo Chavez miracously makes it to our highest office; then we all get the pork chop on the plate- see my past post.

Here is a action plan I’ve come up with for all you socialists, marxists and communists.

Wednesday morning I’ll start by closing my business. I’m going to let the government take care of me. As an American citizen I have the right to be unemployed and to get paid by the government to do so. Obama will provide.

I will also stop paying my mortgage. The government should bail me out of my loan. We bit off more than we could chew like many others across the country. Not my fault. I am a victim of corporate greed and bad lending policies. So the government should pay my mortgage. Obama will provide.

Next I think I’ll cancel my insurance coverages. The government should pay for my health insurance and my life insurance. I’m tired of paying my car insurance so they need to pay it for me too. It’s not fair that I have to insure the things that I buy and my ability to earn a living. The government exists to take care of me. Obama will provide.

I don’t plan on saving another dime. The government will take care of me and my family in retirement. I’m going to rely solely on social security for my retirement. It’s the governments duty to care for my family. I just don’t have the money to save. Obama will provide.

I will go from business to business and restaurant to restaurant requesting free food, merchandise and services. This is the United States of America and these necessities of daily living should be provided for me. Obama will provide.

There is also more good news for our country.

All grades of A or B in the classroom should be redistributed to all those with C and D grades. The distribution of intelligence and effort in our schools is discriminatory. Frankly it’s intolerant. All students are now A and B students. Obama will provide.

Computers are key to survival in our digital economy. It is not fair that some people have MAC’s and others are forced to use a PC. I have both but some people have neither. Free computers for every American citizen. Obama will provide.

All high school seniors will be admitted to the Ivy league school or their choice. Now everyone has the opportunity to be and act like elitists. Obama will provide.

All sports competition will now be halved. No winners and no losers. Obama will provide.

All business will be unionized at their inception. No workers in my country will have to work any longer for corporate greed mongers. Obama will provide.

The Family Medial Leave Act will be extended to cover anything that happens in regards to your family. Kid’s ballgame during work- no problem. Obama will provide.

If you think this stuff is cool, please move to Europe. Work 44 weeks per year for 30 hours per week. Ride the government coatails and we’ll visit with you when you fly to the US for your medical treatments.

If you plan on voting for Obama on Tuesday stay home. I understand if you don’t vote for McCain, but don’t cast your vote for this socialist.

I like Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, Bob Barr and Mike Huckabee. These guys are reformers in my opinion. Their reforms are less of everything I mentioned above.

Open for comments and suggestions here. I can create Word Press sites like this one pretty quickly.
Looking for arch conservatives and pro life Libertarians to build upon the movements listed below.
Ron Paul’s Rally for the Republic is doing a nice job with this idea, along with the Campaign for Liberty blog.

Let me start by saying that I am not a huge fan of John McCain’s. Second, let me say that I supported Mike Huckabee in the primaries and now I support the policies of Ron Paul. Actually, I think our country is doomed without the type of revolution that Ron Paul is bringing about. Third, let me say that Barack Obama is a radical. Not a liberal, not just another democrat; but a radical. I hope I offend lots of people with my post. If it offends you, stop reading my blog. This reminds me of a quote from Bill Cosby who said ” I don’t know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everyone”.

Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way, let’s talk. If you are simply going to vote for Obama because he represents change and you don’t want another 8 years of Bush, then why don’t you sit this one out. I voted for Bush twice and I don’t want another 8 years of Bush either. Could you really vote for Al Gore or John Kerry over Bush though? Even playing Monday morning quarterback I couldn’t vote for those two. I wish we had an Abe Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, Ronald Reagan or George Washington running for President. I wish we had leaders like Ben Franklin or Patrick Henry. We don’t. We have some very uncolorful options. But if you cast a vote for Barack Obama, you are voting for a radical. Make no mistake about it.

If I were John McCain in tonight’s debate, I would have sit down at the table and looked squarely at Obama. Then I would have said, hi I’m John McCain and you are- Barack Obama- well Senator Obama tell me about yourself.

Tell me about your childhood, where did you grow up and what was your family like? What kind of things did you dream about as a young child? What do you remember about your schooling? Where did you go to college? How were you able to get in that school or how did you pay for it? What did you do after you graduated? When did you realize you wanted to get into politics? Now what exactly does a community organizer do? What qualified you to be a state senator in Illinois? Why did you vote present so many times on key issues? Wouldn’t yes or no suffice? Are you indecisive? I’m sorry back to the introduction. How did your 3 years as an attorney and years as a state senator prepare you to run for President? I’m sorry I omitted the last 4 years when you were a US Senator- I guess that’s really 2 years since you spent the last 2 running for President. Well actually you spent the first two signing books and voting present as well. I’m sorry back to the questions again? Have you traveled outside of the country much? Do you love your country? Do you believe in capitalism? Do you support a strict adherence to our constitution? What’s up with you and this Bill Ayers guy? He’s a distinguished professor you say- well they call our congressman and senators distinguished gentlemen so maybe we should start looking for a better adjective. What about your ties to Accorn? Aren’t they totally undermining our republic with their illegal voter registration campaigns? Do you think they’ve used any of the money you’ve given them to support these fraudulent activities? What about your support of planned parenthood? They aren’t exactly pro choice now are they? More pro abortion with actual goals for the number of abortions in a day. Also in lawsuits because of fraudulent applications to planning and zoning committees. What about Rev Wright? All those years he was pulling the wool over your eyes? You couldn’t see the wolf in sheeps clothing until just now. How is your neighbor Louis Farrakhan? And how is that nation of islam doing these days? Have you been down to talk with Chavez in Venezuela lately? What’s he been up to? I’m sure Bill Ayers will give you the update. What about your Saudi connections? You know Khalid Al Mansour? Well I tell you what, I’m short on time so we’re going to have to pick this conversation up again sometime later.

Maybe next time you have dinner party I can be a guest of honor. I can see it now. Me, you, Michelle, Khalid Al Mansour, Chavez, Farrakhan, Rev Wright, Bill Ayers, Joe Biden, maybe we can even get Castro to come up. Of course his health has taken a turn for the worse.

You’ve been warned. This guy is dangerous.

On a lighter note I had a buddy tell me that the only way Obama could lose is by putting a Cubs jersey on.

On a closing note. If you are the following then you’ll probably vote for Obama regardless of what I say or anybody else says for that matter.

If you do not like to accept responsibility for your own actions. If you aren’t accountable for your own results. If you think someone else should take care of your _______ fill in the blank, health care, education, gas money, food, schooling, new ipod, etc. If you think that someone else should be the federal government. They have a great spending record. Very efficient brood as well. If you are always the victim. If you think our nation is not great. If you think our constitution is a living a breathing document, and should be changed at every whim and fancy. If you think everything is relative and there is no absolute truth. If you sheepishly think that politicians are not corrupt, but big business is. If you sheepishly think that unions are not just as corrupt as big business. I have a revelation- they all have corruption. If you think big business is the cause of inflation, high prices, low wages, deflation, and artificial interest rates. If you think the federal reserve is your buddy. If you support a woman’s choice to kill unwanted babies, but you strive for the protection of baby polar bears. If you believe these things then God help you. Our founding fathers would have thrown you people into the sea. They revolted because of a tax on their morning tea. They would have eaten you people for lunch.

Politics aside-God loves us all the same and the ground is level at the foot of the cross. Jesus came that you may have life and have it to the full. One sinner saved by grace signing off to a bunch of other sinners who can be saved by grace if you’re not already. Of course that was intolerate and offensive of me, but it’s my blog.

I’m not coming down on the side of all corporate execs here. Are there some lavish spenders and some fraudulent execs with big corporate? Sure. Are there some massive layoffs happening while execs pull down insane amounts of cash via golden parachutes and stock options? Sure. Are there are a lot of corporate execs who show up everyday and work for their employees and shareholders best interests? Sure. Are there corporate execs that earn a fair compensation for the amount of profit and bottom line savings they create? Sure.

So now that we’re back in balance here, the point of my post is not that greed doesn’t play a major role in Corporate America or that execs have no blame in this matter. My sole point is that politicians lecturing and pontificating about corporate greed is the greatest example in history of the pot calling the kettle black. If you watched the congressman and senators cross examining and scolding the CEO of Lehman brothers, and you cheered them on; then you can feel free to take the blinders off.

This guy should have worked for AIG, Bear Sterns/JP Morgan or the other banks getting the bailout dollars. I’m assuming the next video will be of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac execs getting interrogated. Wouldn’t logic say they are next on the hot seat? I have a sneaky feeling we won’t see them. Waxman of all people is handling this interrogation.

Some polls showed 88% of Americans wanted no part of this recent bailout. Apparently this had to be very bipartisan in nature. Even if the number was 60% which I heard thrown around as well, then conservatives and liberals, republicans and democrats were mostly in favor of leaving this one up to the free markets. The President was pushing for this bailout and putting pressure on house and senate leaders to rally the troops for the vote. Faxes phone calls and emails were flooding into every politicians office in Washington. They all said the same thing, no for the bailout. On the other hand the politicians who have totally lost any face they had to begin with, are now trying to convince the American people there doing this for them. It’s for your own good- you could hear them say.

Well if you believe for one minute that this problem only has to do with wall street and greedy lenders, or even borrowers who signed the notes, then you are sadly mistaken. The blame can be equally shared with politicians over the last 40 years and with our wonderful monster called the federal reserve. They have through inflation, deflation, overspending and the manipulation of interest rates brought about the perfect storm of economic chaos. Thanks Mr. Greenspan and Mr. Bernanke. Thanks to Keynesian Economic policy as well.
